went with jinny to get her pdl yesterday at ubi, and it all seemed so...familiar.
remember the many lessons and walking up the staircase to level 2 after the test, waiting in line to pay for the license...the canteen.. and seeing all the double L plated cars with uber blacked-faced testers with anxious test-ees in tow...
makes me relieved that i got it over and done with.

anyhows. the queue to get the pdl was like....freakin long. it was serving 194 and our number was 231....waited like over an hour to get a small pathetic looking green piece of paper. HA!

and oh yes, sent seth to the workshop after that..hai. gonna be car-less till sat!
and mosaic is starting this fri!!ahhh!! ho wells. lets just hope keith-y is knocking off at....1am too..hahaha...
anyhows. we took a bus! YES.o my.i truely salute all you people who have to take the dreaded bus everyday...we were at sinmin drive and the bus ride to amk hub only took like 10mins? but we waited like eternity lar. hai.. the weather was so darn hot too! i want my car backkkk....sigh.

so yes. we both got ourselves converse sneakers on impulse!! haha. she got this white based one with lime green trimmings and i got double tongued, dark grey based with a pink tongue! haha. i said, ''i need it for work!'' tsktsk..
anyway. do not, i repeat, do NOT...eat at newyork, newyork. reason? u cld kill with their chicken.

so yes, rushed to the durian for my briefing.. that lasted 2 over hours. i mean, its a BRIEF-ing. which part of over 2 hrs is brief?? terribly exciting, i'll be the outdoor co-ordinator for the festival...so.....do come down to the esplanade from the 9-18th march !! i'll be at the outdoor theatre (waterfront) or Powerhouse (infront of makan sutra) or at the concourse (level 1, straight after u come up frm the escalator from the carpark/mrt linkway) !!
so exciting! and the best part, its FREE!! but those in the concert hall/ theatre/ theatre studio arent free...

so ya, came back just in time to meet jinny after her first driving lesson!! so exciting!! and so qiao, that she got the same instructor as me! hahahaaa....same car somemore.. (:

ho wells. gonna go study...catch u all again!
